A word about etiquette – Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals disturb everyone. Bring water, snack ahead, plan to be barefoot. If you’re going to miss a class, be sure to cancel your reservation in a timely manner. PunchPass will automatically retrieve a pass from your account if you are a  ‘no show’.

A word about safety – A students first class is for more than students who are new to HSY℠ or working out in general. it is an opportunity for both the student and the trainer to get a sense of the students base level of strength, endurance, coordination. It also covers safe use of the equipment, vocabulary we use  for set up of each pose or flow series & supports overall use of the equipment. Good communication is key – we’re a supportive and safe environment, where no question is stupid.

  HSY ℠ Program Principals

First, no two classes are ever the same-  We use more than 50 variations of moves to affect motion.

We have an intention for every class – Trainers at SF set their own intent and ask the students too as well. Action without purpose is chaos without results.  

Support is unconditional – Trainer to student & students to each other, we provide an environment that is welcoming, encouraging & accepting. 

Be challenged – Students & trainers alike are here to learn, try, reach for new levels of coordination, strength, conditioning.  Our favorite motto is that this is a place where you will do more, than you think you can!

Not all resistance is physical – Enough said.
